Isn’t it the best feeling when you are really on a roll making positive changes to your mindset and lifestyle?   You’ve got your mojo working! Your experimenting with new types of nutritious foods and even finding exercise routines that make you feel great.  It’s a very good place to be.

But then out of nowhere a setback hits you.  You want to skip your workout. Or you are craving French Fries like never before.

I get it, which is exactly why I started JenFit.

We can’t do this alone. We need a support network. Someone to keep us accountable and help us to continually move forward toward our goals.

To remind us why we even started this wellness journey in the first place.

Yes, support is all about community and finding people who will lift you up so you can finally create the healthy and happy life you want.

The Support Pillar of Health comprises the obvious choices like health coaches, personal trainers, health practitioners, etc.  But what about the not so obvious? For example supplements and herbs provide us with a form of support. Massage therapists offer support, comfort, and relaxation for the mind and body.  Reiki practitioners provide support that helps us to release what is no longer serving us.
