Hi there! I'm Jen Steigert, a health and nutrition expert, and founder of JenFit. Finding a balanced and healthy lifestyle wasn’t always easy. I’ve yo yo dieted more times than I care to remember, deprived myself of foods and turned down invitations to see friends - all because I was ashamed of how I looked. Then one day it hit me … Maybe I should try a new approach if I want to escape the vicious cycle. So I released my grip. I stopped trying so hard to have more will-power. I let go of the need to find the perfect diet and follow it to a T. I let go of counting calories and macros and I did something else instead: I worked on myself. From the inside, out. My journey to better health and weight loss may not have been easy, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I know without a doubt that my purpose in life is to inspire and teach women around the world (and some amazing men), that better health and natural weight loss is possible! It’s not too late. You’re not too old. And loving the person you see in the mirror isn’t as far off as you think.
