I know how frustrating it is to know what to do but not do it.
And I’ve also experienced the pain and shame that comes with extra weight and broken promises to myself. Like so many of my clients, I struggled to stay consistent. I kept telling myself I’d start on Monday, but each time Monday came up I’d come up with another reason to wait.
After many struggles I finally cracked the weight loss code and figured out how to create a healthy relationship with food. Armed with new knowledge and passion I made it my mission to help other women learn how to feel good while losing weight.
