Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JENFIT website, online courses, coaching services, personal training services, nutrition services, meal plans, supplement recommendations, digital products, downloadable resources, webinars, workshops, memberships, and any other products or services offered by JENFIT, LLC ("JENFIT," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a program, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise participating in any JENFIT service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.
1. Educational Purposes Only
All information provided by JENFIT, LLC—including but not limited to online courses, coaching sessions, personal training, meal plans, nutrition guidance, supplement recommendations, videos, worksheets, downloads, webinars, emails, blog content, social media content, and other educational materials—is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by JENFIT should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individualized healthcare recommendations.
2. Medical & Health Disclaimer
Jennifer Steigert is a Certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. She is not a physician, registered dietitian, licensed therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider.
JENFIT does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You should always consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, making significant dietary changes, using dietary supplements, or implementing any recommendation provided through JENFIT.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information provided through JENFIT.
If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medications, consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your nutrition, exercise routine, or supplement use.
3. Exercise & Physical Activity Disclaimer
Participation in exercise, physical activity, strength training, stretching, walking programs, and other fitness-related activities involves inherent risks.
By participating in any JENFIT service, you acknowledge that:
- You voluntarily choose to participate.
- You understand the risks associated with physical activity.
- You are responsible for exercising within your own abilities.
- You will discontinue any activity that causes pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
- You assume full responsibility for your participation.
4. Nutrition & Supplement Disclaimer
Nutrition education, meal plans, recipes, food suggestions, grocery recommendations, and supplement recommendations are provided solely for educational purposes.
Individual nutritional needs vary significantly. No recommendation is intended to replace individualized medical or dietary advice.
Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
5. Assumption of Risk
By participating in any JENFIT program or service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with nutrition changes, exercise, physical activity, supplement use, coaching, and other lifestyle modifications.
You accept full responsibility for your own health decisions and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your individual circumstances.
6. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily release, waive, and discharge JENFIT, LLC, Jennifer Steigert, and any employees, contractors, affiliates, or representatives from any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in any JENFIT program, service, product, or activity, except where prohibited by law.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Every individual responds differently to lifestyle changes.
JENFIT makes no guarantees regarding weight loss, improved health, increased fitness, symptom improvement, disease prevention, or any other specific outcome.
Your results depend on many factors, including your health status, consistency, effort, environment, genetics, and other variables beyond our control.
8. Coaching Services
JENFIT offers educational coaching services that may include healthy lifestyle coaching, nutrition coaching, accountability coaching, and other coaching programs.
Coaching services are educational in nature and are not a substitute for:
- Medical care
- Mental health counseling
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Registered dietitian services
- Any other licensed healthcare service
Clients remain responsible for all healthcare decisions.
9. Personal Training Services
Personal training sessions are educational and instructional in nature.
Clients are responsible for informing JENFIT of any injuries, medical conditions, limitations, or concerns before participating.
Participation is voluntary and at the client's own risk.
10. Feel Good for Life Coaching Experience
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the Feel Good for Life Coaching Experience includes:
- Six (6) private coaching sessions (25 minutes each)
- Private in-app messaging during the coaching period
- Personalized guidance, education, accountability, and support
11. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Participants are responsible for scheduling their coaching appointments.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Coaching sessions are 25 minutes in length.
- A maximum of one coaching session may be used per week.
- Coaching sessions expire eight (8) weeks after purchase.
- Unused sessions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be carried forward.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed without notice, or attended more than 10 minutes late may be considered forfeited at JENFIT's discretion.
- JENFIT reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
12. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Feel Good for Life (Self-Paced Program)
A full refund may be requested within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
Feel Good for Life Coaching Experience
A full refund may be requested within seven (7) calendar days of purchase provided the first coaching session has not been completed.
After the first coaching session has taken place, the Coaching Experience becomes non-refundable.
Unless otherwise stated, all other services, coaching packages, appointments, digital products, and downloadable resources are non-refundable.
13. Lifetime Access
When offered, "Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime availability of the applicable program as determined by JENFIT, LLC.
JENFIT reserves the right to update, modify, replace, discontinue, or retire any program, product, or platform at any time.
14. Intellectual Property
All content created by JENFIT—including videos, online courses, worksheets, guides, meal plans, graphics, downloads, presentations, written materials, coaching resources, branding, logos, and website content—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own individual use.
You may not:
- Share your login credentials.
- Share, reproduce, copy, or distribute course materials.
- Record, download, or republish course videos unless expressly permitted.
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially use JENFIT content.
- Use JENFIT materials to create competing products, courses, coaching programs, or workshops.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
15. Third-Party Platforms
JENFIT utilizes third-party platforms and service providers, including but not limited to Kajabi, ThriveCart, Practice Better, Zoom, Fullscript, payment processors, and email service providers.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access, JENFIT is not responsible for outages, interruptions, security issues, data loss, or other technical problems caused by third-party providers.
16. Affiliate Disclosure
JENFIT may recommend products or services and may receive a commission if purchases are made through certain affiliate links.
Recommendations are based on products believed to provide value and are not influenced solely by compensation.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Changes to These Terms
JENFIT reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and the Effective Date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of JENFIT products or services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
