Each 50 minute session includes a fully customized workout. I’ll teach you how to use proper form and technique so you can reduce your risk of injury - in and out of the gym.

Working out with me is fun! It’s not at all intimidating and everything will be at your pace. You will never have to work too fast or too slow, because you are in the hands of a true professional.
