"I've been training with Jen for several months, and so far she has exceeded my expectations as a personal trainer. Jen is my third personal trainer in 7 years, because I have moved a couple times. While all of my trainers were excellent motivators, Jen stands out because she offers a wide variety of training styles and a well-rounded approach for her clients. Not only is she a physical trainer, but she constantly seeks feedback from me, and provides me with additional non-exercise options to consider to meet my goals, including suggesting different nutrition ideas and the use of supplements. I appreciate her non-pushy and motivational way to get me to consider different options that I otherwise wouldn't consider. I have now tried some new options that no trainer in the past has even recommended, and so far, those options have been successful. Jen is also dedicated to her clients, and focuses only on me when I am training with her, and she is an overall upbeat person. Although sometimes I am exhausted once I am done with her workouts, I always feel better about myself."
"I love working with Jen. It's not just workouts, it's the whole package. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition, vitamins, and overall health. I have been working with Jen for almost a year and I can tell you that I feel completely different. I have changed habits that I believe were affecting me in a negative way. I am sleeping better, working out 3x a week (when I am not traveling for work), taking the right vitamins, healthier eating habits, and best of all.. am practicing meditation and reducing my stress. I suffered a stroke 2 years ago, and unfortunately, it affected my left leg to where I had to learn to walk again. I went to physical therapy for a year and was able to walk without a brace. My goal was to wear my heels again, and since working with Jen, I am able to wear some heels (high wedge shoes), but am confident I will get into my 4" heels again! 🙂 I would highly recommend working with Jen if you are looking for something more than just a workout.
